Who We Are

Drum Coffee Roasters is an independent, small-batch roastery based in the suburbs of Mumbai. Since 2021, we’ve been roasting fresh, delicious coffee to order—crafted for consistency, trusted by cafés, offices, and brands across India.

I am Sadiq, the founder of Drum Coffee Roasters, and I personally roast every batch that leaves this space.

How We Roast

Our vision has always been clear:
To make our coffee consistent—and better with every batch.

We roast to bring out structure, flavor, and ease of use across setups—from espresso machines to fully automatic systems. Over time, our profiles have leaned toward espresso-based preparation, because that’s what our clients need—and where coffee shows its true character.

Each roast is done to order on our Giesen drum roaster, manually recorded, cupped, and checked for consistency using industry standards like Agtron color and extraction performance.

We work primarily B2B—supporting cafés, offices, and growing brands across India with no minimums, roast-to-order coffee, and complete backend support including white labelling, roast development, and dropshipping.
We also roast for home brewers who enjoy fresh, consistent coffee without the fuss.
